3. A Funding Agreement is sent for the signatures
of the lawyer and the plaintiff.

4. Funds are sent to the lawyer for client pick up.

When the case settles, the lawyer repays 5 Star for the advance + application and processing fee + applicable interest from the plaintiffs settlement.
